1.Agreed Price. The Agreed price is the price to be paid for the journey as agreed between The Oxford Limo Co Ltd and the customer named on the booking form and is based on the details given at the time of booking. Any requests to change any of the details on the booking form should be made to us at least one week prior to the date of travel and will be subject to availability. All bookings will be allowed one amendment. Any further changes will result in a £10.00 amendment fee. Please check all details are correct on your confirmation before signing and returning. 2.Payment. Deposit: All bookings are confirmed by a non refundable deposit paid at the time of booking. Balance: The balance due is the outstanding amount after the deposit is paid. This is to be paid by cash on the day to the driver on arrival or by credit/debit card up to the day before the journey. Cheques are to be paid 10 days before the journey to allow cleared funds. PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD ARE SUBJECT TO A 3% SURCHARGE. 1.Additional charges. The booking confirmed includes specific pick up and return times and/or duration of hire. When these times are not adhered to by the customer we reserve the right to apply additional charges. The overtime rates are as follows: White limos/Chrysler- £50 per hour Hummers/Excursions- £100 per hour Sun-Thurs or £150 per hour Fri-Sat. Overtime is subject to the availability of the vehicle and would need to be arranged with head office on 0800 44 88886. Payment for this will be charged to the card held on file unless other arrangements are made with Head office. 1.Cancellation of booking. Cancellation charges vary by vehicle and how much notice is given. See table below: Hummers/Excursions – up to 4 weeks before the hire date, the full balance is due. 4 - 6 weeks 50% of the full balance is due. Limos/Chrysler– up to 1 week before the hire date, the full balance is due. 1 -2 weeks 50% of the full balance is due. * The above excludes any major sporting events and school proms where the full balance is due if a cancellation occurs up to 20 weeks prior to the hire date. 1.Damages. The hirer is liable for any damage or breakages incurred inside or outside the vehicle, which is deliberately caused by the hirer or their party. This includes any person being unwell. This includes any such repairs or any items that need to be replaced. The hirer will be liable for all of our losses and charges incurred thereafter if the then such limo is unable to be used, until the said repairs have been completed. A full detoxification valet is £150 for Limos/Chrysler and £250 for Hummers/Excursions. The hirer will be liable for this and payment will be taken from the card held on file. 2.Food. Food of any description is not allowed to be eaten inside the vehicle. This includes crisps and nuts. Cleaning will be charged to the hirer. 3.Decorations. There is to be no party poppers, streamers, glitter and such like paraphernalia allowed on board. Cleaning will be charged to the hirer. 4.Illegal substances. We will terminate hire if any passenger is found to be using any illegal substance. NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED. 5.Respect. Please treat our vehicle and staff with respect. We kindly ask that you keep your feet off the bar and seating areas as these scratch easy and will cost the hirer in the event of repair. All passengers are to remain seated during their journey. You are not allowed to shout or hang out of the windows or the sun roof. We reserve the right to terminate the hire if the hirer or passengers become abusive or use abusive language or are deemed to be intoxicated or become intoxicated or if they pose any threat to the chauffeur or any staff working for the oxford limo co. Any undue rowdiness will not be tolerated and will lead to the termination of hire at any given time. NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED. 1.Vehicle supplied. We will endeavour to provide the vehicle booked by you. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do So we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle or similar type and capacity. 1.Breakdown. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or the car being rendered as unserviceable (e.g in the event of a collision), we will use our best endeavours to provide a back up vehicle as quickly as possible. However we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss incurred as a result of vehicle breakdown or similar unavailability. 2.Grace period. We make every effort to arrive at our pick up at the arranged time, occasionally due to events beyond our control e.g exceptional road traffic, bad weather may cause unexpected delays causing us to be late. Due to this we allow a 30 minute grace period. In the event that we go into the grace period this will be made up on the end of your journey. 3.Lost Property. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for the loss of property left in the vehicle at any time or under any circumstances. All the above terms & Conditions are legally binding. By booking with us you are entering into this agreement. The hirer will be legally held responsible for any breaking of the above terms. IT IS THE HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND TO MAKE ALL MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY FULLY AWARE OF THE IMPLICATIONS IF NOT ADHERED TO. |
